Plain-English terms for using nftcreator.io. By using the site you agree to them.
What this is
nftcreator.io provides free tools that run in your browser and produce files — images, audio and metadata — that you can use to launch NFTs. We don't host your files, hold your funds, hold your keys, or deploy anything on your behalf. What you do with the files is up to you.
Your content, your responsibility
You keep full ownership of everything you create here. We claim no rights to it.
You must own, or have permission to use, everything you put into the tools: artwork, characters, logos, recordings and compositions. Don't use the tools to make NFTs of someone else's work, likeness or brand without permission. You are responsible for anything you mint.
Not allowed
- Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights
- Impersonating another creator, project, brand or this site
- Anything illegal, including content that sexualises minors
- Scams, fake mints, or collections designed to mislead buyers
- Promising buyers a share of income, profits or revenue from a project or song. That can turn a collectible into a regulated security.
Blockchains are permanent
Transactions can't be reversed. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, your seed phrase, and every setting in any contract you deploy — including prices, supply, royalty rates and payout addresses, some of which can never be changed after deployment. Check everything before you sign.
Fees
The tools are free. When contract deployment and minting through nftcreator.io are available, each token minted publicly will carry a platform fee of 0.0005 ETH, paid by the collector on top of the creator's price. Network gas fees are separate and go to the blockchain, not to us.
Royalties
Resale royalties are paid by marketplaces that support them. Enforcement works only on supported marketplaces, and direct wallet-to-wallet transfers pay nothing. We don't guarantee that any royalty will ever be paid.
No advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. NFT prices are volatile and can go to zero.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is", without any warranty. We work hard to make them correct, but we can't promise they're free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, the files it produces, or any contract, token or transaction connected to them.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something made with these tools infringes your rights, message us on Telegram at the address below with a description of the work, where the infringing material appears, and your contact details. As hosted features launch, we'll remove infringing material we host and block repeat infringers.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
